On January 1st, 2009, Community Residents rallied in support of STOPPING the issuance of permits to construct bridges and piers across the tidal ponds of Sullivan Cove. In this 10 minute video, you will hear from people of all ages expressing their concern directly to Governor O'Malley. This video is abbreviated from it's original length of 24 minutes to fit the YouTube format. The original DVD was mailed to over 65 county and state elected officials as well as members of the press and media.

- The tidal ponds of Sullivan Cove are navigable throughout the year with the exception of low tide or when we experience exceptionally strong north or northwest winds that blow the water out of the river and down the Chesapeake Bay
