The Olde Severna Park Improvement Association has carried the weight of significant legal fees fighting the bridges and piers across Sullivan Cove. To date, the association has been billed over $300,000. Currently, the association is carrying over $100,000 in bank loans. The funds were used to pay down the huge legal fees.
